Today I learned about the assassin bug. I love a good villain perhaps even more than a good hero. A perfect villain is hard to come by but this little bug from Malaysia puts forward a pretty good campaign. These insects attack their prey and liquefy the insides with venom then suck out all the gooey; leaving an empty bug shell. This is not that uncommon in insects, but the assassin bug goes the extra mile and wears all of his meals like corpse armor on his back. Truly the stuff of nightmares.
