Today I learned that it is easy to find an instant affection for someone who appears to genuinely care for someone for whom you also care deeply. Knowing that a person respects, considers, humors and brings bright smiles to someone you love makes you smile also. Time will tell, but this first impression was a good one. Break her heart and I will hurt you.
I also learned that the Butterscotch bread pudding at Campanile is truly delightful. Sweet and soft and gooey but not too sweet or too soft or too gooey - quite beautiful on your tongue.
